Richard Pray has practiced law for over thirty years, emphasizing civil litigation. While continuing to practice as a litigator, and counselor in matters involving real estate, business, construction and other civil disputes, he has developed an intense interest in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation.
Having received extensive training in the field of mediation, he is focusing on bringing his years of experience to bear on the task of assisting parties to resolve disputes in a way that is more economical, more private, less time consuming, and potentially much more comprehensive than litigation.
Mr. Pray is a credentialed mediator, and available as a member of the San Diego Superior Court Civil Mediation Panel. He is also a mediator and arbitrator for the San Diego County Bar Attorney- Client Fee Meditation and Fee Arbitration programs.
In addition to the mediation of legal disputes, this office emphasizes civil litigation, including real estate, business, construction and other civil disputes, together with counseling in all of these areas.
Additionally, we offer services relating to immigration in selected cases.
