Mr. Pray is a credentialed mediator, and available as a member of the San Diego Superior Court Civil Mediation Panel.  He is also a mediator and arbitrator for the San Diego County Bar Attorney-Client Fee Meditation and Fee Arbitration programs.

In addition to the mediation of legal disputes, this office emphasizes civil litigation, including real estate, business, construction and other civil disputes, together with counseling in all of these areas.
